Customer Advisor ( 80% - 100%)
We're still missing you in our passionate team. Although we have support, sales and marketing, product management, quality assurance, and office management as functions, we don't know the expression "not my job." Every day, we work together to ensure that Klapp remains simple and intuitive for our users, even with increasing complexity and diverse features. It's a matter of honor for us that those seeking help always receive helpful and friendly support. Schools, teachers, parents, and students thank us for this every day with their positive feedback.
Your main tasks:
You receive and answer all kinds of customer inquiries via telephone and email
You can avoid recurring requests by proactively feeding our support portal with understandable instructions
As the voice of our customers, you will pass on first-hand needs to our product management
You advise schools that want to use Klapp and train school staff
You ensure that our quality remains at the usual high level
Your talents and interests:
You are happy to put yourself in the shoes of our customers in order to quickly understand their needs and find the best solution
You remain calm even in hectic times
You care about constructive teamwork
In addition to German, you also speak English well. Any other language, especially French, is an advantage.
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in a similar position
